Grooming Refund Policy
At Pampered Paws and Play, we prioritize your pet’s comfort, safety, and overall well‑being. Our grooming philosophy centers on quality over quantity and comfort rather than perfection, ensuring every pet receives gentle, thoughtful care.
Satisfaction Guarantee (Within 7 Days)
If you are not satisfied with your pet’s groom, you may request a service review within 7 days of your appointment. Refunds may be issued as full or partial, depending on the situation. Tips are not eligible for refund.
All refund decisions are made on a case‑by‑case basis and must fall within reasonable expectations of grooming outcomes.
Step One: Complimentary Re‑Groom
Before a refund is considered, we offer a complimentary re‑groom performed by our Lead Groomer. This allows us to address concerns directly and ensure your pet receives the best possible result.
If Concerns Remain After the Re‑Groom
If you are still not satisfied after the complimentary re‑groom, you may receive a refund for the original grooming service (excluding tip).
At that time, a separation of relationship may be issued, meaning we may no longer be able to provide future services for you.
Each guest is eligible for one refund per lifetime.
We are not responsible for grooming results affected by pre‑existing conditions, including but not limited to:
• Matting
• Skin sensitivities
• Behavioral challenges
• Uneven coat growth or coat damage
• Medical conditions that limit grooming options
These factors may impact the final appearance or style of the groom.
